Started building
It began with moving the daily close of our own store in the Philippines from paper to a system.

POS connected, one step close, reports sent automatically, mismatch alerts. Staff at the end of long shifts tried it first. It still runs every day.

How we work
- Why we exist
- Most operations do not fail for lack of ideas. They fail because the daily work is manual, the numbers arrive late, and nobody owns the system in between. We build that missing system, and then we keep it running.
- How we work
- We start from the work as it actually happens, not from an org chart. We ship something small that holds up in production, then extend it. We stay on afterwards, because a system nobody operates stops being a system.
- What we run ourselves
- Before we recommend anything, we run it. Aureon Labs operates its own store systems and its own daily automation, which is why we can tell you where the sharp edges are.
- Where we are
- We are based in the Philippines and work in English and Korean. Most of our work is with owner-operated businesses, where the person deciding is also the person affected.
