What we do
- Receipts and sales applied
- What comes in is added and what sells is deducted, automatically.
- Low stock alerts
- Below the level you set, the person in charge gets a message that night.
- Transfers between branches
- Which branch sent how many to which branch, on record.
- Count differences
- When a count doesn't match the record, we find where it went off.
How it goes
- 1
Look on site
We visit and watch how the work is done today, and find what costs you the most time.
- 2
Build small
We start with the one change that removes the most work. Your POS and tools stay.
- 3
Run it together
We run it with your team until it holds on a busy day, and we keep looking after it.
Common questions
Do we need barcode scanners?
Not necessarily. You can start from POS sales records or a phone camera, and add scanners if you need them.
What about our spreadsheet?
We import the sheet you use today and start from there.
Does it cover a warehouse?
Stores and a small stockroom, yes. Running a large warehouse is a scope we confirm in the consultation.
Starting tomorrow, just read the report.
